well, it's not really an update.. so here goes..

Word of Warning:
Non-wrestling fans && those who hate spoilers, pls dun bother reading it.. thank you.. =)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So far for the developmental talent, and as I said there also was 1 on air superstar released. Rumours had been going on for a while now, and the release of Bobby Lashley was officially announced later on today. Earlier on I had reported that Lashley had not officially signed anything, and that many people within WWE had high hopes for Lashley returning, but with some egg on my face I do have to admit now that Lashley has officially signed the papers and is released by WWE and has been "future endeavored" on WWE.com. Currently there has not been any news about a possible "no-competing clause" from WWE.

--They already did the taping for next week's Raw yesterday night, and the controversial incestuous angle will debut next Monday Night Raw. Katie Lea (real name: Katharine Walters) will take on the female part. Lea is a female wrestler, who may be known by her in ring name, Nikita, that has been training in Ohio Valley Wrestling for a while now. Former OVW champion Paul Burchill will take on the male part. Burchill may be known by wrestling fans as William Regal's former partner, who turned into a pirate, but then had to give up the gimmick due to close ressemblances to Jack Sparrow, pirate captain from "Pirates of the Carribean". Burchill will face Brian Kendrick in his first television match for over a year. Katie and Burchill will become kayfabe brother and sister.

According to a wrestlezone-correspondent, Burchill did not use his trademark finisher that fans have come to love about him, but debuted a new one, which could best be described as an "inverted swinging neckbreaker."

--WWE were taping two weeks of Monday Night RAW last night. They were still taping when Monday Night RAW started playing on the USA network.

This caused the mistake. During the opening video rather than hear the right music or audio we hear JR and King commentating on match including Jeff Hardy and several other stars. It wasn't a major mistake but with the WWE's "high standards" they will be dissapointed(LMAO)

--Some of you may have been wondering on the status of HHH due to him not appearing on Raw last night. He missed the show, and the taping of next weeks Raw due to a family emergency, not even making it to the building yesterday. Many backstage who know HHH well have stated it must have been something very urgent for him to miss a live show, especially with him involved in the Elimination Chamber build-up.

Due to this, he will also not appear on the final Raw before No Way Out next week, though there is a possibility that he may appear in a promo at the WWE studios and this would be put into next weeks show.

No word on the emergency, but lets hope its nothing serious and that HHH is not away for long and back for No Way Out

--MAJOR UPDATE: PSYCHO SID RETURNS TO WWE SOON!

Psycho Sid is back and in better shape than before!

During an interview with Live Audio Wrestling on Sunday night, former World Champion Psycho "Sid" Vicious confirmed rumors that he is looking to return to WWE. The former WWF and WCW Superstar said he has been in talks with Vince McMahon. "We have been talking for awhile now, and we are trying to get things worked out," Sid said.

When Sid was asked about going to TNA, he said that the company is unable to help him reach some of his goals including wrestling in front of 80,000 fans again.

The rumors of Sid wanting to return to WWE date back to the Summer where he had been telling people at indy shows that he was trying to make a comeback. Reports from fans who saw Sid in action recently say he looked very good and he is said to be in good health. With the way WWE likes to bring in big men and big draws, it's likely that he could be brought back in. Many in the business still believe Sid can still be a huge draw, including Kevin Nash of TNA.

Paul Burchill defeated Brian Kendrick via pinfall.Burchill wins with what was thought to be his finisher. According to our correspondent Danny, it looked like an inverted swinging neckbreaker.

The segment ends with Kennedy kicking Flair in the knee in which Flair sells. According to our correspondent, it looks like a place where a commercial break will be inserted.

The next match is a singles match between Melina and Maria. Melina is accompanied to the ring by Jillian Hall while Santino Marella is with Maria.

Melina defeated Maria via pinfall.Jillian Hall kissed Santino, distracting Maria. While Maria was not paying attention, Melina rolled her up for the three count.

After the match Santino gets on the mic and tells Maria that she must choose - it's either Playboy or Santino. He says she has one week decide and gives her a kiss.

Jeff Hardy defeated Shawn Michaels via pinfall.
This match was given a lot of time. I don't have the exact length but it was long. Lots of near falls as Michaels hit his elbow drop kick twice. Both attempted finishers (Sweet Chin Music & Twist of Fate respectively) but missed. Michaels locked an inverted Figure Four on Hardy but he got to the ropes. Eventually Hardy is able to hit Twist of Fate and a Swanton Bomb on Michaels. Hardy was able to get the three count in what I am told was a very good match.
